office. Bringing over 7 years of litigation and corporate transactional
experience, Mr. Carrick also possesses the unique perspective of a fashion and
technology entrepreneur, having honed insights gained as the founder and CEO of
the successful fashion lifestyle company, SOLZ, Inc.
Mr. Carrick holds a JD
from Harvard Law School and an MBA from Instituto de Empresa in Madrid,
Spain. He began his legal career as an
associate with Latham & Watkins in New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco, where
he excelled in both corporate transactional and litigation practice.
The addition of Mr. Carrick cements Lord Bertram’s position as the
